Sparkplugs

I feel a little sad that I didn't get to do a Mother's Day thing with my mother this weekend due to her being wrapped up in a tea ceremony thing (and having no energy left for post-tea-activities, or for our usual lunch tomorrow). I did still take her several gifts, including a professional-quality coffee table book of my photography that I designed and ordered from a printer. And I know I'll see her next weekend for my own birthday.

But still... ah, well. So instead, I walked the puppy through the market, then went back to take a few pictures of market stuff. One of which I played with in Photoshop to try and make it look suitably old. I also bought a few bits of material I intend to make into jewelry, so we'll see how THAT goes. (Anyone interested in a necklace concept I call the 'Clockwork Nautilus?' Yeah, I figured...)
