So, we had a meeting today, to discuss a meeting from two days ago, and go over what would happen in a later meeting.

Then we had a later meeting, where we covered the topics from the first meeting, and basically learned nothing.

Then we had a meeting to discuss the things discussed in the previous meeting, in a smaller group.

Then we had a meeting to discuss our impressions of the earlier meetings.

And they wonder why we have to struggle to stay productive?!

So, moving forward, I think we need to open a dialogue, on how to proactively synergize dynamic channels for communication, in order to empower the employees to focus on quality!
